Living SOMASOB
Welcome to Strong of Mind and Strong of Body — or as I like to call it, SOMASOB.
This space was created for people who want to grow stronger in every way – physically, mentally, and emotionally — without the extremes, guilt, or perfectionism that usually come with “self-improvement.”
Life pulls us in a hundred directions. Between work, family, and the constant noise of modern living, it’s easy to lose track of our own well-being. But true strength isn’t found in just one area it’s the connection between all three that creates real balance.

You may be familiar with Venn diagrams; the diagram above represents the three areas of health being in alignment with each other. When that intersection is balanced we find our strength multiplied. We become strong of mind and strong of body.
That’s what it means to Live SOMASOB. To live with strength in mind, body, and heart.
What SOMASOB Is About
I developed SOMASOB on one simple idea:
We aren’t made of three distinct systems. We are one system. We are one whole person. Our mind, body, and heart are all interconnected and meant to be used together for the better of the whole. When one falls behind, the others follow. Where one is strengthened, the others get a boost too.
You don’t have to be a fitness junkie or meditation guru. You just need to show up consistently, compassionately, and with purpose. Seeing yourself as a whole being.
We’ll explore:
- Physical health: simple workouts, nutrition, rest, and recovery.
- Mental health: mindset, focus, learning, and stress management.
- Emotional health: awareness, relationships, boundaries, and gratitude.
Everything here is meant to be approachable and actionable — practical tools you can apply right away.
Why “Strong of Mind and Strong of Body”?
Because real health is whole health.
You can lift weights but still carry emotional stress. You can meditate but still neglect sleep.
When you Live SOMASOB, you integrate the pieces — body, mind, and emotion — so each supports the other.
You move, and it sharpens your thinking.
You breathe deeply, and it clears your mind.
You focus, and it unlocks your physical abilities.
That’s the cycle of strength.
